There is a superior CH-60 hydraulic hole puncher. 
 
This CH-60 hydraulic hole can apply to L and H style flat copper and busbar. The end of the puncher is designed with flat seat, smooth but not fall. What's more, punch dies are made of high carbon tungsten steel and not easy to wear off.
