East Malaysia : Item for first 500 gm will be charge Rm10.00. For every additional 250gm will be extra charge Rm2.50 for post laju rate.
We ship every working day, and we work very hard to fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. We think you'll be happy with the speed of our shipment! Orders shipped to destinations within West Malaysia usually have a delivery time of 1 - 2 business days after shipment. Orders shipped Sabah and Sarawah usually take between 1-5 days to arrive depend on the types of courier services and shipping companies, although sometimes a bit longer.

*For West Malaysia Buyer : we use G-Dex, Post Laju for our Courier deliveries, sometimes we may use lorry transport for heavy items.
*For East Malaysia Buyer : we use Post Laju, G-Dex, air freight and sometimes we may use sea/Surface parcel Mail for heavy items.
*For Oversea Buyer : We'll send you invoice through PAYPAL, Please check your email.
Self Collection (Pick-Up)Customers can also arrange to pick up from our office with no delivery charge. Self Collection have to be prearranged in advance, by appointment only. Orders are usually ready the next business day, email will be sent once the order is ready. Prearrangement can be made thereafter. Self collect hours are 10.30am-1.00pm and 2.30pm-5.30pm weekdays only.

Defective/Wrong Items or Didn’t Receive
If you receive an item and it’s broken, has a defect, not working or the wrong item, call us and we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent right away. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the item.
Damaged in Shipment
Damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 days however if you’ve signed for the item ‘free and clear’, we have no claim on the shipping company. Be sure to sign for items only when you see no visible damage to the shipment. Please contact us within 5 days and we’ll arrange for reshipment.
Return & Refund Policy
The returned goods/products must be attached together with its receipt and the goods/products shall be in good condition and order. Packaging or labelling shall also be in original state as per original shipping container received. If the goods/products has been used, tampered or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. We will not be responsible if your shipment of goods/products are lost during the return transit. Once we have inspected, checked and confirmed the returned goods/products, customers will received their refund within 3 to 5 working days.
Our policy lasts 30day. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
